Our first 'labeled' scintered frits arrived

23 April, 2008.  These were 10um frits, labeled 'D'. Specifics of this order:

Job #36366
Disc Dimensions: 0.998 +0.000/-0.002" OD x 0.062 +/-0.005" thick
Porous Grade: 10 Micron Grade
No Chamfers
Porous material Chemistry: Titanium Grade 2 per unified
PO# 0810358

These frits did NOT have finished edges, and were 0.057" in thickness, within tolerance specified, but thinner than original frits.
Future orders should specify edging and a lower thickness tolerance to get closer to the 0.062" thickness.

The convention, decided in emails Feb 26, 2008, will be:

0.1, 0.5, 1, 10um frits will be labeled

A, B, C, D respectively.

We have had CE Metallurgical make the 'press' for these so subsequent batches should be less expensive.
